Bone Reconstruction For the patients who had periodontal destructions and teeth lost, the remaining alveolar bone ridge may not be sufficient to place dental implants nor dentures. The patients need to have the bone recontruction in order to be able to fabricate a proper restorations. This is an example of a patient who needs dental implant but did not have sufficient bone width after extractions.
